Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)


Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes, ensuring they are well coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.

Notes

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
