Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes, ensuring they are well coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
- Grill each skewer for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
