A warm, cheesy dip packed with sausage and four types of cheese, perfect for game day and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces Velveeta, cut into small cubes
- 4 ounces Muenster cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried ground sage
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and coat a 9×9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart until completely cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess grease and let cool for 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cooled sausage, sour cream, cream cheese, Velveeta, Muenster, chives, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and sage until well blended.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving warm with dippers.
