Description

A warm, cheesy dip packed with sausage and four types of cheese, perfect for game day and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces Velveeta, cut into small cubes
  • 4 ounces Muenster cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried ground sage

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and coat a 9×9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart until completely cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess grease and let cool for 5 minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the cooled sausage, sour cream, cream cheese, Velveeta, Muenster, chives, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and sage until well blended.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake in the oven for 1 hour, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving warm with dippers.

Notes

Consider mixing leftovers with cooked macaroni for a pasta casserole.
