Description
A nostalgic, protein-packed dip made with Greek yogurt, Funfetti cake mix, and vanilla protein powder. Perfect for parties, post-workout snacks, or guilt-free dessert cravings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (227g) or 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup rainbow cake mix (64g)
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (45g)
- 1/4 cup zero-calorie sweetener (48g)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp liquid stevia (or to taste)
- 2 Tbsp rainbow sprinkles (24g)
Instructions
1. To heat treat cake mix, microwave it in a bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let cool.
2. Add yogurt (or cream cheese), protein powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and cooled cake mix to a bowl. Mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
3. Adjust sweetness if needed.
4. Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles.
5. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours or freeze for 30 minutes before serving.
6. Serve with dippers like fruit, pretzels, or graham crackers.
