Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork until they are creamy but still have some chunks for texture.
- Add the lime juice, chopped cilantro, diced onion, tomato, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, veggies, or use it as a topping for tacos.

For best results, serve immediately. To store, refrigerate in an airtight container and press plastic wrap against the surface to minimize browning.
