A quick and healthy grilled sea bass dish paired with aromatic herb butter, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 sea bass fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub the sea bass fillets with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the fillets carefully and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic, parsley, thyme, and lemon juice. Stir until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Serve the grilled sea bass topped with the aromatic garlic herb butter sauce.
