Ingredients

  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the sea bass fillets with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the skin is crispy.
  4. Flip the fillets carefully and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
  5. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Add the minced garlic, parsley, thyme, and lemon juice. Stir until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  7. Serve the grilled sea bass topped with the aromatic garlic herb butter sauce.
