Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger

- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish, pouring the marinade over them.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade.
