Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Brush the marinade generously over the salmon fillets, covering both sides.
- Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes until you see beautiful grill marks, then carefully flip and grill for another 4-6 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
