Ingredients
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or cilantro) for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lime juice, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Add the prepared shrimp to the marinade, tossing to ensure they’re evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers for easy grilling.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn opaque and are cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
Notes
