Instructions
- Combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess liquid.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
