Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and smoked paprika, cooking until fragrant—about 1 minute.
- Combine the shrimp, garlic butter mixture, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss well to coat.
- Thread the seasoned shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove the shrimp from the grill, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
You can use frozen shrimp; just ensure they are fully thawed before cooking. For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
