Delicious frozen bites made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter for a creamy, protein-packed snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed, 2 tablespoons chopped nuts


Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  4. Using a tablespoon, drop portions onto the prepared tray.
  5. Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
  6. Transfer to a freezer-safe container, separating layers with parchment paper.
  7. Enjoy straight from the freezer, letting sit for 1 minute before eating for best texture.
