Delicious frozen bites made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter for a creamy, protein-packed snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed, 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Using a tablespoon, drop portions onto the prepared tray.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Transfer to a freezer-safe container, separating layers with parchment paper.
- Enjoy straight from the freezer, letting sit for 1 minute before eating for best texture.
