Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2½ cups shredded chicken breast
  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Switch to broil and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is golden.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm with chips or vegetables.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, use plant-based chicken alternatives. This dip is best served warm and can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
