Description
A spicy, creamy buffalo chicken dip made with Greek yogurt that is perfect for game day, movie nights, or a quick healthy snack.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2½ cups shredded chicken breast
- ¾ cup buffalo sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Switch to broil and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is golden.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm with chips or vegetables.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, use plant-based chicken alternatives. This dip is best served warm and can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
