Ingredients

  • 8 cups rhubarb, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the rhubarb, white sugar, 1/4 cup flour, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Pour this mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Mix 1 cup flour, brown sugar, oats, and melted butter in another bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture over the rhubarb.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes or until the top turns a beautiful golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
