Ingredients
- 8 cups rhubarb, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Combine the rhubarb, white sugar, 1/4 cup flour, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Pour this mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Mix 1 cup flour, brown sugar, oats, and melted butter in another bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture over the rhubarb.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until the top turns a beautiful golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
