Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples (Gala or Honeycrisp)
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons honey


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Slice the apples into wedges, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Take a slice of prosciutto and carefully wrap it around each apple wedge.
  4. Place the wrapped wedges on a plate and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill the apple wedges for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the prosciutto is crispy and the apples have softened.
  6. Just before serving, drizzle the grilled apples with honey for that perfect sweet finish. Enjoy!
