Description

A delicious side dish featuring asparagus roasted with garlic and topped with Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine asparagus, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and slightly crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes to let the cheese melt.
