  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1¾ cups chicken broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ chicken bouillon cube
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Tenderize and season chicken breasts, searing until golden brown.
  2. Deglaze the pan with white wine and reduce, adding minced garlic.
  3. Create a roux with butter and flour, then add the prepared sauce mixture, simmering to thicken.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, return chicken to pan, and heat through.
  5. Serve with your choice of sides and additional sauce.

Notes

Always grate Parmesan from a block for the best texture. This dish freezes well for up to 3 months.
