Ingredients
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
Instructions
- Mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss until coated. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Skewer the marinated shrimp onto skewers, spacing them evenly.
- Grill the skewers for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Serve immediately for the best flavor!
Notes
