Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl: eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla.
- Blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

For a dairy-free version, use almond milk and coconut oil. For gluten-free, swap all-purpose flour with almond flour.
