Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignon steaks
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Sear the steaks in a skillet with butter over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. Rest the steaks on a plate to allow juices to redistribute.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Toss in the shrimp and lobster meat, cooking until the shrimp turns pink.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and let simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
