Ingredients
- 2 filet mignon steaks
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Sear the steaks in a skillet with butter over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Rest the steaks on a plate to allow juices to redistribute.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the shrimp and lobster meat, cooking until the shrimp turns pink.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in chopped parsley and season to taste.
- Serve the filet mignon topped with the shrimp and lobster cream sauce.
