  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb crab legs (optional for budget considerations)
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, quartered
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, cut into pieces
  • 2 ears of corn, sliced into rounds
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the shrimp, crab legs, chopped potatoes, sliced onions, sausage pieces, and corn in a large bowl.
