Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb crab legs (optional for budget considerations)
- 2 cups baby potatoes, quartered
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 lb smoked sausage, cut into pieces
- 2 ears of corn, sliced into rounds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the shrimp, crab legs, chopped potatoes, sliced onions, sausage pieces, and corn in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss everything to coat evenly.
