Description

Cool off this summer with these easy homemade popsicles that are healthy, customizable, and fun to make.

Ingredients

  • Fresh fruit of your choice (strawberries, mangoes, berries)
  • Yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • Honey (optional, for added sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Begin by chopping your fresh fruit into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped fruit, yogurt, and honey. Stir until fully blended.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.
  4. Insert wooden sticks into each mold and transfer to the freezer. Freeze for a minimum of 240-360 minutes or until solid.
  5. When ready to enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds to ease the popsicles out.

Notes

Store leftover popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. Use ripe fruit for better flavor, and feel free to blend yogurt with fruit for a creamier texture.
