Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil until combined.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Carefully flip the salmon over, pour the honey garlic mixture on top, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is opaque and cooked through.
