Ingredients
- 1 can of pineapple slices
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional, pecans or walnuts)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain the pineapple slices and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
- Melt the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until fully combined.
- Pour the buttery mixture evenly over the arranged pineapple.
- Top with shredded coconut and chopped nuts if you’re using them.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dish is bubbly and golden brown.

Notes
