A refreshing and creamy Dole Whip popsicle recipe that transports you to a tropical paradise.
Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, sugar (or honey), lime juice, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 240 minutes, or until solid.
- To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside for a few seconds.
Notes
For a twist, try adding a banana for a creamier texture or use mixed berries for a fruity variety.
