Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta (choose your favorite type)
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (like basil or parsley), for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
- Combine the cooled pasta, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl until well combined.
