Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar (apple cider vinegar or your favorite)


Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers very thin (1/8 to 1/4 inch thick).
  2. Pat cucumber slices dry with paper towels to remove moisture.
  3. Mix cucumber slices with olive oil, salt, and vinegar in a large bowl.
  4. Place slices on dehydrator trays or parchment-lined baking sheets in a single layer.
  5. Dry in a dehydrator at 135°F for 10-12 hours or in an oven at 175°F for 3-4 hours, checking regularly.
  6. Allow slices to cool completely before serving or storing.
