Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 2 teaspoons vinegar (apple cider vinegar or your favorite)
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers very thin (1/8 to 1/4 inch thick).
- Pat cucumber slices dry with paper towels to remove moisture.
- Mix cucumber slices with olive oil, salt, and vinegar in a large bowl.
- Place slices on dehydrator trays or parchment-lined baking sheets in a single layer.
- Dry in a dehydrator at 135°F for 10-12 hours or in an oven at 175°F for 3-4 hours, checking regularly.
- Allow slices to cool completely before serving or storing.
