Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 medium-sized eggs (about 50 grams each)
- 1/3 cup butter (melted and cooled)
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee (optional)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, eggs, and melted butter. Stir until incorporated.
- If using, mix in the instant coffee.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Using a small cookie scooper, scoop out balls of dough and place them on the baking sheet, ensuring there’s 2 inches between each.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes, avoiding overbaking to keep the fudgy texture.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
