Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese about 30 minutes before serving.
- Shred the chicken using two forks, mix everything well, and serve warm.
