  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon ground paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Prepare the slow cooker: Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Mix the seasonings: Combine salt, onion powder, thyme, paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  3. Season the chicken: Rub each chicken breast with olive oil, then sprinkle the seasoning mixture over both sides.
  4. Cook: Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
