Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill)
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the topping: In a bowl, combine grated Parmesan, chopped herbs, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
