Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs generously with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the chicken skin-side down on the grill.
  5. Grill for 7-8 minutes; flip and grill for another 7-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
