Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken thighs generously with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken skin-side down on the grill.
- Grill for 7-8 minutes; flip and grill for another 7-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
