Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (15 oz each) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef or turkey in a large pot over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion turns translucent.
- Stir in the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and broth; bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and heat through.
