Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions


Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  3. Add in the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and taco seasoning. Stir well.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer, letting it cook for about 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with your choice of toppings.

Notes

Add a dash of hot sauce or sliced jalapeños for an extra kick. For best texture, add the cream towards the end of cooking.
