Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil it according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and cool it under cold water.
  2. Mix the veggies: In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper.
  3. Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
