Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place six large eggs in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool.
  3. Once cool, gently peel the eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Notes
