Ingredients

  • 10 fresh chicken tenders (about pounds)
  • 1 (1-oz) package ranch dressing mix
  • 5 (1-oz) cheddar cheese slices, cut in half
  • 10 slices bacon
  • Ranch dressing for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a lined baking sheet with a wire rack.
  2. Season chicken tenders on both sides with ranch dressing mix.
  3. Top each tender with half a slice of cheddar cheese.
  4. Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of bacon, tucking the ends underneath.
  5. Place on wire rack, sprinkle with extra ranch seasoning.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  7. For crispy bacon, broil for 1-2 minutes, watching carefully.
  8. Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
