Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 1/2 pounds bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix (dry seasoning)
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, sealing the seams.
- Sprinkle the chopped bacon evenly over the crescent roll layer and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, ranch dressing mix, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bacon and cheese layers.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the center is set and lightly golden on top.
- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best results, cook bacon until crispy. This casserole can be assembled the night before and baked in the morning.
