Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

- Combine the crab meat, chopped shrimp, softened cream cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Carefully cut a pocket into each salmon fillet, making sure not to cut all the way through.
- Generously stuff each pocket with the seafood mixture.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear the stuffed salmon for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

- Serve warm, and enjoy the flavors!
