Description

A delightful seafood experience combining succulent salmon with rich seafood stuffing, perfect for special occasions or an extravagant weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the crab meat, chopped shrimp, softened cream cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Carefully cut a pocket into each salmon fillet, making sure not to cut all the way through.
  4. Generously stuff each pocket with the seafood mixture.
  5. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear the stuffed salmon for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the skillet to your preheated oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve warm, and enjoy the flavors!

Notes

For a gluten-free option, replace breadcrumbs with gluten-free alternatives. You can prepare the stuffing ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator.
