A creamy, cheesy shrimp casserole topped with crunchy breadcrumbs, perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • ⅔ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounces shredded medium cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. Boil water with salt and Old Bay seasoning. Cook shrimp for 30 seconds until barely cooked.
  3. Drain shrimp and let cool, removing any excess moisture.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, garlic powder, and pepper with shrimp. Add cheeses and stir to combine.
  5. Spread shrimp mixture into the baking dish.
  6. Melt butter and mix with panko breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the shrimp mixture.
  7. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until center reaches 145°F. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes for golden breadcrumbs.
  8. Let the casserole rest for 15 minutes before serving.
