Description

These cottage cheese deviled eggs are a great high protein appetizer for a cookout, potluck, or party – a creamy and savory take on a classic recipe! Made without mayonnaise, these eggs have a fantastic creamy filling that has so much flavor.


Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet relish, chopped
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • Paprika for garnish


Instructions

1. Slice the boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.

2. Place yolks in a bowl and add cottage cheese, mustard, relish, salt, and pepper.

3. Mash and blend the mixture until smooth.

4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.

5. Garnish with paprika and serve.
