Description
A lower-sugar, Oreo-free version of the classic cookies & cream shake. It blends black cocoa, vanilla, and creamy yogurt to recreate that familiar flavor—without using actual cookies.
Ingredients

1 scoop cookies & cream or vanilla protein powder

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup low-fat Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon black cocoa powder

½ frozen banana or 2–3 ice cubes

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Liquid stevia or monk fruit sweetener, to taste

Optional: ⅛ teaspoon salt (for a more cookie-like flavor)

Optional: pinch of xanthan gum (for thicker texture)
Instructions

Add all ingredients to your blender.

Blend on high until creamy and smooth.

If the shake is too thick, add a splash of milk. If too thin, blend again with a few more ice cubes.
