Description

A lower-sugar, Oreo-free version of the classic cookies & cream shake. It blends black cocoa, vanilla, and creamy yogurt to recreate that familiar flavor—without using actual cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1 scoop cookies & cream or vanilla protein powder

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ cup low-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon black cocoa powder

  • ½ frozen banana or 23 ice cubes

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Liquid stevia or monk fruit sweetener, to taste

  • Optional: ⅛ teaspoon salt (for a more cookie-like flavor)

  • Optional: pinch of xanthan gum (for thicker texture)


Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your blender.

  • Blend on high until creamy and smooth.

  • If the shake is too thick, add a splash of milk. If too thin, blend again with a few more ice cubes.
