Description
A thick, protein-packed shake designed to fuel muscle recovery with over 35g of protein per serving. One of three customizable cookies & cream protein shake recipes.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop cookies & cream or vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup pasteurized egg whites
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Oreo Thins or 5 mini cookies
- Liquid stevia to taste
- Optional: pinch of xanthan gum
Instructions

Add all ingredients except cookies to blender.

Blend until smooth.

Add one Oreo and pulse.

Pour into glass and top with second Oreo.
