Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
- In a medium bowl, mash the yolks with a fork until crumbly.
- Add in the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Using a spoon or piping bag, fill the hollow egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika and any optional toppings.
