Indulgent yet guilt-free frozen treats combining Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt base: Combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl until well incorporated.
- Form the clusters: Scoop about two tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form individual clusters.
- Freeze until solid: Freeze clusters for one to two hours until completely solid.
- Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
- Coat with chocolate: Dip frozen clusters into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place back on the baking sheet.
- Final freeze: Return the chocolate-coated clusters to the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to harden.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months. Layer with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
