Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon chipotle seasoning
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

- 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
- 4 large tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat. While it’s heating, season the chicken breasts with chipotle seasoning generously.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until it’s fully cooked. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
- In each tortilla, start layering with a portion of cooked rice, black beans, sliced grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, leafy lettuce, shredded cheese, and a generous drizzle of chipotle ranch dressing.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, ensuring you enclose all the delicious fillings inside.
