Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, olive oil, and ground ginger in a bowl.
- Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight for maximum flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill the chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
