Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts (cubed)
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 Bell peppers (cut into chunks)
- 1 Onion (cut into chunks)
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a medium bowl to create a marinade.
- Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is no longer pink.
