Description

A simple yet flavorful chicken kabob dish perfect for any occasion, customizable with various marinades and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 Bell peppers (cut into chunks)
  • 1 Onion (cut into chunks)
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)


Instructions

  1. Combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a medium bowl to create a marinade.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken pieces, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is no longer pink.
