These Chewy Brownie Mix Cookies combine the decadence of brownies with the chewiness of classic cookies, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (fudge variety recommended)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until well blended.
- Fold in chocolate chips and nuts if using.
- Scoop portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
