Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped cauliflower, broccoli, red onion, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
