A vibrant Caprese Pasta Salad featuring fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces pasta (e.g., rotini or fusilli)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
